Kitchen Operations fully sponsored Training/Placement Programme

6 months, 1 day at OCS = 78 hours and 5 days’ placement in an enterprise = 1,040 hours

Full time 6 months course with placement in hotel and restaurant with day and night shifts

Under the National Skills Development Programme (NSDP) of the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC)
